Product Description: The epitome of organic elegance, the St. James Console combines a polished stone top with an oxidized iron base in a light-and-airy console to create a stylish focal point. Only 15 inches deep, this console can add drama to even tight spaces.
Collection Features: Taking the next step in creating a Hill Country family of collections, Hooker Furniture has introduced LaGrange. The anthology of bedroom, living room, dining room, occasional and home office furniture is inspired by the Hill Country region of Texas, including the town of LaGrange, one of the stops made by the Hooker Furniture design team in search of inspiration. The collection includes heavily distressed oak and hickory surfaces, extensive carving and scroll work, aged metals, sedimentary stone and primitive textiles. Each piece has a unique story to tell, while still retaining the authentic American character of the original collection. Important Use Information: We recommend the use of felt tabs and coasters to protect the stone surface. All stone tops, especially those around water should be sealed or polished before use and on a regular basis to keep the porous stone from absorbing any stains from water, soap, wine, colas, etc. Wipe up spills immediately, since any liquids allowed to seep in may not be able to be removed and may etch the surface, causing discoloration. Most home improvement stores have a wide range of products for these applications due to the sale of stone counter tops.
